We strive to maintain punctuality and ensure that all clients receive their full scheduled appointment time. If you anticipate arriving late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. However, please be advised that arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate our next scheduled client.

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client. In the event of a no-show, where you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. This fee will be applied to your account and must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.
